Project Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Assistant to support our hospitality interior design projects. The role is primarily administrative, assisting the Studio/Design Manager and Board of Directors in planning, implementing, and monitoring project progress.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities and ensure smooth communication among stakeholders.
• Manage project documentation and support risk management processes.
• Assist in procurement and administrative support tasks.
• Monitor project progress and report updates to the design manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor's/College degree in Project Management, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
• Previous experience in a similar position is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and editing skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure with a professional demeanor.
