Project Management Officer (Korean Speaking)

About the role

The Project Management Officer will act as the bridge between local Vietnamese teams and Korean counterparts, ensuring project scope, communication, and stakeholder responsibilities are clearly defined and met. This role involves reporting project status, handling issues, and collaborating with customers to gather and finalize requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain project documentation, scope, and timelines.
• Report project status and issues to both Vietnamese and Korean stakeholders.
• Coordinate daily activities between local and Korean teams.
• Work directly with customers to collect, clarify, and finalize project requirements.
• Support project managers with administrative and logistical tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in project management or coordination.
• Experience in finance or banking is a plus.
• Strong command of the Korean language for translation and communication.
