Senior Product Manager II - Axon Cloud Platform

About the role

Axon is looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager II for its Axon Platform X (APX) team, which builds common systems and services powering the Axon ecosystem. The role defines and drives strategies to scale and enhance the Axon Cloud with cloud services, AI and enterprise workflows, and partners with other product teams and cloud partners on identity and entitlement services. It is based in the Ho Chi Minh City office on a hybrid schedule: onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with remote work on Mondays unless an accommodation is approved.

Key responsibilities

• Translate the needs and pain points of engineering teams into clear, actionable platform requirements
• Prioritize and manage the backlog of features and enhancements, balancing technical feasibility, business value and user satisfaction
• Align the platform vision, strategy and roadmap with senior leadership, engineering teams and other stakeholders
• Define and track key metrics and success criteria, using data and feedback to guide decisions
• Support platform engineering teams from ideation through launch
• Work with external partners to align capability roadmaps and delivery plans with business needs

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager or engineering leader, preferably in a platform, infrastructure or security domain
• Strong knowledge of platform technologies such as authentication, virtual networking, identity federation and enterprise automation frameworks
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, able to influence diverse teams and stakeholders
• Analytical, problem-solving and customer-centric approach with a growth mindset

Required skills

• Agile methodologies and tools such as Scrum, Kanban and Jira
• Platform technologies including authentication, virtual networking, identity federation and enterprise automation frameworks
