About the role

The company is seeking a proactive Project Manager with strong Java expertise who can communicate fluently in Chinese and English. You will join the internal IT team to lead development projects, ensuring they meet technical standards and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

Act as a project staff member within the IT department, overseeing technology, management, and coordination of internal development initiatives.
Analyze and organize task requirements, create detailed project plans, and monitor timelines.
Report progress and handle matters assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

At least 1 year of operational project management experience.
Bachelor's degree or higher in asset management, payroll, or related fields.
Previous experience working in an IT team is preferred.
Fluent in Chinese with the ability to communicate and coordinate effectively.
Good command of English for collaboration.
