QA Lead – Test Automation, Python & Playwright

About the role

We are looking for a QA Lead to drive test automation for Bosch’s intelligent workflow solutions. The role combines hands‑on automation work with team leadership, helping global Agile teams deliver high‑quality software to over 500,000 users.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of up to five QA engineers, fostering collaboration and skill development.
• Design, implement and maintain automated test suites using Python and Playwright.
• Analyse product requirements and design documents to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Define and continuously improve the integration and end‑to‑end testing strategy.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to embed quality practices throughout the software lifecycle.
• Explore AI‑based approaches to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.

Required profile

• Proven experience in test automation and quality engineering.
• Strong leadership or mentoring experience in a software testing environment.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, global Agile setting.
