QA Staff / Supervisor – New Factory

About the role

Panasonic Electric Works Vietnam is establishing a new factory and seeks motivated QA professionals to ensure product quality from the start of production to final delivery. The role can be filled as a QA Staff member or as a Supervisor, depending on experience.

Key responsibilities

• Perform Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) and product inspections according to production schedules and delivery plans.
• Conduct inspections using defined standards, work instructions, and check sheets; support the creation and maintenance of quality documentation.
• Monitor product quality, manage non‑conforming items, and support root‑cause analysis and corrective‑action follow‑up.
• Assist in the development and continuous improvement of quality processes and procedures.

Required profile

• University/College degree. For the Supervisor role, a degree in industrial management or chemical engineering is preferred.
• Business‑level English communication skills.
• At least 1 year of QA experience in an electric‑equipment company for staff; at least 3 years for a supervisory position.
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and RoHS compliance.
