Quality Specialist – Quality Methodology Management

About the role

The Quality Specialist – Quality Methodology Management is responsible for developing, implementing and continuously improving Bosch's Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and internal standards. The role ensures robust quality governance, supports cross‑functional teams and drives innovation to meet customer, regulatory and business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret, implement and continuously improve the QMS according to ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and internal guidelines.
• Develop, update and control QMS documentation and coordinate complex cross‑functional processes.
• Drive the application of advanced quality tools such as Q‑Basic, Quality Hero and LEAN to optimise processes and product quality.
• Conduct training and provide expert guidance to engineering, production and project teams on quality methods.
• Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects, identifying opportunities and implementing solutions.
• Establish and manage the internal audit programme and support external audits.

Required profile

• Relevant higher education (e.g., engineering, quality management) or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience with QMS implementation and maintenance in an industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.
• Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and communicate quality requirements clearly.
• Experience in conducting internal audits and supporting external audits.
