Quantity Surveyor – Vietnam (Hanoi, HCM, Da Lat)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team and support projects across Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and Da Lat. You will be responsible for accurate measurement, cost estimation and contract administration for a variety of construction works.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret design drawings and verify that they contain sufficient information for quantity measurement.
• Prepare cost estimates, cost plans, Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and pre‑tender estimates.
• Apply the Standard Method of Measurements (SMM) to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Coordinate with design consultants to resolve discrepancies or missing data.
• Support cost control activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Economics, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation or similar roles.
• Professional proficiency in English for communication within a multinational environment.
