About the role
The Receptionist/Tenant and Guest Relation Associate is the first point of contact for tenants, visitors and guests at our premium office building in Ho Chi Minh City. You will deliver warm, professional service, provide accurate information about facilities and events, and ensure a personalized experience for each guest.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist tenants, guests and visitors with a service‑oriented attitude.
- Provide accurate information about the building, facilities, daily events and functions.
- Manage reception desk operations and cover shifts according to the duty roster.
- Maintain and update guest history records and preferences to enable personalized service.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in reception, hospitality or customer‑service roles, preferably in premium office or hotel environments.
- Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese (and English).
Required skills
- Conference registration.
- Authorization control.
- Ms Office.
- Organizational skills.
