Remote Program Manager (Vietnam or Malaysia)

About the role

Beyondsoft, a mid-sized business IT and consulting company with offices across four continents, is hiring a Program Manager. The role reviews pricing requests, contract-related documentation and business exceptions to ensure compliance with organizational programs and operational requirements within the client's ecosystem. It is fully remote and must be based in Vietnam or Malaysia.

The position helps implement new programs and acts as a key partner to sales, finance, operations and other cross-functional teams, giving guidance on contract structures, pricing scenarios, documentation requirements, approval processes and exception management.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate deal attributes such as contract duration, pricing structure, discount levels and approval prerequisites against organizational programs and policies.
• Advise sellers, account executives or deal owners on changes needed to bring deals into program alignment.
• Coordinate with program owners and other leadership teams on exceptions.
• Monitor inbound requests and create and manage case records so they are resolved on time.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• 2-4 years of experience in project or program coordination, contracts, compliance, finance, consulting, legal operations or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Legal Studies or a related field.
• Understanding of basic financial calculations such as discounting, proration and currency conversion.
• English at B2+ level or higher; occasional in-person activity may be required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Preferred: advanced Excel and/or Power BI, and experience with CRM, ERP, contract management or workflow systems.
