Requirement Management Support (Japanese & English required)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual professional to support requirement management activities for our engineering projects. The role involves handling specifications, maintaining configuration data, and translating technical documents between Japanese and English.

Key responsibilities

• Import specification content from Word, Excel, PDF, and matrix formats into IBM Rational DOORS, manage versions, and set attributes and layouts.
• Ensure consistency of attributes and layouts across all modules.
• Update the DOORS system whenever specifications change.
• Develop and monitor project metrics.
• Perform system configuration management tasks such as baseline copying and tracking reports.
• Translate technical documents between Japanese and English.
• Prepare Software Quality Gate (QG) documentation using the One‑Q tool.
• Follow up on VTC rating activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2) and English (IELTS 6.0 or higher).
• Logical and analytical thinking.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience is preferred.
