Senior OutSystems Developer – Global Product Team

About the role

We are looking for a highly talented Senior OutSystems Developer to join Bosch's OutSystems Workflow platform team. You will work on mobile and web‑based applications, ensuring they run smoothly for both internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full‑stack applications using OutSystems, leveraging prior experience in .NET or Java.
• Lead architecture, development, and optimisation of web and mobile solutions with clean, efficient code.
• Implement complex business logic, custom UI components and database layers using relational and non‑relational databases.
• Collaborate with product, design and DevOps teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Debug, troubleshoot and resolve application errors, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, contribute to backlog refinement, sprint planning and continuous delivery pipelines.

Required profile

• Strong technical background in OutSystems development.
• Experience with .NET or Java ecosystems.
• Proven ability to work in cross‑functional, agile teams.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
