About the role
The Reservation Executive will act as the main point of contact for overseas tour operators, handling bookings and ensuring smooth coordination with local suppliers. This role supports the travel team by managing reservation details, confirming costs, and maintaining strong relationships with partners.
Key responsibilities
- Receive bookings containing passenger details, logistics, and internal notes from overseas tour operators.
- Process bookings with local suppliers using the internal reservation system.
- Follow up on confirmations, verify cost and sell values.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure all services are booked correctly.
- Maintain good relationships with tour operators and suppliers.
Required profile
- University education.
- Fluent English; German is a plus.
- Completed travel industry course or at least one year of travel industry experience.
- Knowledge of travel in Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia.
- Strong computer proficiency, especially Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, writing, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
