About the role
We are seeking a Retail Sales Executive to promote and sell Knauf’s construction material products and services in Ho Chi Minh City. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, understanding market dynamics and delivering regular performance reports.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve agreed sales volume, value, market share and contribution targets for all Knauf products and services.
- Fully understand market situation, customers and sales performance, and plan corrective actions.
- Submit monthly reports on stock share, price monitoring and competitor activities on time.
- Analyse sales performance, including customer, channel and product performance.
Required profile
- College/Bachelor degree in any major.
- 2‑4 years of sales experience in construction material or consumer products.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Highly self‑motivated, enthusiastic and able to inspire others.
- Ability to work under pressure and quickly grasp concepts.
