Sales Executive – Student Recruitment

About the role

The Sales Executive will lead student recruitment efforts for an international school in Ho Chi Minh City. You will interact directly with parents, presenting the school’s programmes, curriculum, fees and promotional offers, guiding them from initial inquiry through to enrollment.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively engage with prospective parents and provide accurate information on school programmes, curriculum, fee structure and promotions.
• Clarify any queries with the Office Manager to ensure consistent communication.
• Schedule and conduct consultation appointments and school tours.
• Maintain courteous and professional interactions with all visitors.
• Track leads, follow up on inquiries and achieve monthly enrollment targets.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, customer service or education admissions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a cheerful, positive disposition.
• Sales‑driven mindset and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
• Fluent in both Vietnamese and English, written and spoken.
