Sales Manager – Industrial Software & IT/Engineering Services

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth for our Industrial Software and IT/Engineering Services portfolio in Vietnam. The role covers the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities and engaging decision‑makers to developing solutions, negotiating and closing deals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify and qualify potential customers.
• Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline through all stages of the sales process.
• Engage key decision‑makers, develop tailored technology and engineering solutions, negotiate terms and close contracts.
• Collaborate with Delivery and Technical Expert teams to translate customer challenges into relevant solutions.
• Build and maintain long‑term strategic relationships with customers.

Required profile

• Proven track record in B2B technology or engineering services sales.
• Experience selling solutions such as MES, Industrial IoT, ESG, software development or software validation.
• Strong understanding of the Vietnamese market for industrial software and IT services.
