About the role
Tokio Marine Insurance Vietnam is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead its non‑life insurance sales team. The role focuses on serving direct Japanese corporate clients, driving growth, and ensuring high‑quality service in line with the company’s strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
- Manage and expand key accounts, particularly Japanese corporate clients.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet performance metrics.
- Monitor market trends, identify opportunities, and propose actionable plans.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure service excellence.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in non‑life insurance, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
