Sales Manager — North Vietnam

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to take full ownership of the Northern Vietnam market. Based in Hanoi and working remotely, you will lead business development for NDT Instruments Vietnam, the local arm of the German FOERSTER Group, a leader in non‑destructive testing and electromagnetic measurement technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory plan for the North, identifying and creating new B2B opportunities.
• Build and nurture relationships with decision‑makers in industrial and manufacturing enterprises.
• Drive a hunter mindset – generate leads, qualify prospects and convert them into long‑term customers.
• Manage key accounts, negotiate contracts and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to align solutions with client needs.

Required profile

• Proven track record in B2B industrial or technical sales and business development in Vietnam, especially the North.
• Extensive network of contacts across Northern industry sectors.
• Strong relationship‑building and persuasive communication skills.
• Self‑driven, comfortable working independently and managing a full sales cycle.
