Sales Team Leader (B2B)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Team Leader to drive B2B business development for our SaaS e‑commerce platform. The role involves managing the sales pipeline, closing deals and leading a growing sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Consult, negotiate and close sales with B2B customers, handling objections effectively.
• Identify and approach potential clients, develop relationships and expand the customer base.
• Plan daily, weekly and monthly activities together with senior leadership and report performance metrics.
• Execute orders using our CRM system, ensuring delivery of agreed‑upon services and managing client feedback.
• Motivate, train and monitor the sales team, set targets and track results.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Law or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Team Leader or in a comparable sales/customer‑service role.
• Strong sales, negotiation, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven ability to maintain client relationships, organise work and manage time.
• High sense of responsibility, eagerness to learn and growth potential.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and IT/software solutions.
