Senior AUTOSAR Embedded Software Developer – C/C++ & Firmware

About the role

Bosch Group is looking for a Senior Embedded Software Developer to design, implement and integrate AUTOSAR software components and basic software stacks on production ECUs. You will work on high‑quality C/C++ code, configure AUTOSAR platforms and ensure compliance with automotive safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain AUTOSAR SWCs, author ARXML files and configure RTE.
• Integrate SWCs with BSW modules such as DCM, DEM, NvM, SecOC and CSM.
• Perform ECU integration, configure communication and diagnostics stacks.
• Write, debug and optimise embedded C/C++ for real‑time constrained ECUs.
• Conduct static analysis, code reviews and unit/integration/system testing.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines for builds, analysis and automated testing, manage baselines and releases.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional development and test teams, ensure requirements traceability and quality gates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in classic AUTOSAR SWC development and ECU integration.
• Strong proficiency in embedded C/C++ programming.
