Senior Client Service Analyst

About the role

IQVIA, a global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence, is looking for a Senior Client Service Analyst in Ho Chi Minh City. The role is responsible for the quality and service delivered to clients, helping them obtain maximum value from IQVIA's information products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end quality and timely delivery of client reports, with rigorous pre-release quality control checks, investigation of data variances and proactive communication of insights, issues and resolutions to clients.
• Control the data and report generation process and assist internal and external data stakeholders.
• Analyze complex client queries on IQVIA syndicated data, interpret the results and provide customized solutions to business questions.
• Support internal and external meetings and discussions related to projects and data analytics, and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
• Independently manage Data Analytics Partnership engagements, ongoing and ad hoc data analysis and validation, and develop solutions using IQVIA products and services.
• Resolve first-line service issues and coordinate second-line support with service teams.
• Ensure service agreements and product deliverables meet client specifications, and support information proposals and contract renewals.
• Perform independent quantitative analysis and research, audit own and others' work, and contribute to process improvements and client satisfaction.
• Communicate clearly about data status, queries and clarifications internally and externally.

Required profile

• Typically a minimum of 1 to 3 years of prior relevant experience.
• Understanding of the Vietnam healthcare market.
