Senior IT Consultant – Enterprise Workflow Transformation

About the role

Bosch Vietnam's Global Product & Service organization is looking for a Senior IT Consultant to join its Global Software Technologies Company Limited (BGSV), the first Bosch software development center in Southeast Asia. The role supports enterprise workflow transformation and digital modernization for platforms used by more than 500,000 users worldwide, working with Product, Engineering, Operations and Business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze enterprise workflow platforms, business processes and system requirements, and turn business needs into functional requirements and user stories
• Support migration from legacy systems to next-generation platforms and identify process improvements
• Bridge Business, Product and Engineering teams, manage stakeholder expectations and run workshops
• Support business reporting, dashboards and KPI tracking, and contribute to strategic planning and migration tracking
• Take part in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives), UAT and release readiness
• Prepare training materials, user documentation and change enablement support
• Track work items across the project lifecycle and support process standardization and quality improvements

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in Business Analysis, IT Consulting or Enterprise Solution environments
• Experience with enterprise workflow systems, migration projects or internal IT solutions
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and process analysis skills
• Experience with multinational or global teams and good English communication

Required skills

• Gathering requirements, writing user stories and supporting Agile delivery
• Understanding of SDLC, enterprise systems and business process optimization
• Nice to have: SQL, reporting tools or data visualization platforms; workflow automation or Low-Code / No-Code platforms; Agile, CBAP, PMI-PBA or similar certifications
