Senior Creative Content Executive

About the role

The Senior Creative Content Executive will shape ILA Vietnam’s premium education brand and drive business performance for its English Language Teaching programmes. You will lead the creation of compelling content across online and offline channels, balancing performance‑driven campaigns with long‑term brand building.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategies that support marketing and enrollment goals.
• Produce written copy, visual concepts and video assets for digital, social, print and event materials.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate briefs into creative executions that meet measurable objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse metrics and optimise content for better results.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Required profile

• Passion for the education sector, especially English language teaching.
• Creative mindset with a strong sense of how words and visuals convey messages.
• Proven ability to turn communication briefs into ideas that achieve business targets.
