Senior Embedded System Engineer

About the role

Bosch Global Software Technologies (BGSV) in Ho Chi Minh City is seeking a Senior Embedded System Engineer to join the EAA organization, which develops occupant safety systems and airbag ECUs. The role focuses on requirements development, system architecture, and integration within automotive projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop system requirements, including elicitation and analysis.
• Break down system requirements into disciplinary specifications (software, hardware, mechanical, application).
• Define system integration parameters and configure system settings.
• Establish verification criteria for system requirements.
• Perform system‑level problem analysis and propose technical solutions for defects.

Required profile

• Bachelor or Master degree in Embedded Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Embedded Software Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in embedded electronics/software within automotive engineering.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Strong logical thinking, accurate documentation, and negotiation skills.
• Commitment, accountability, time‑management, and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Willingness to learn new and challenging topics.
• Knowledge of system integration concepts.
