Senior Inbound Tour Sales – Up to 15M VND + Commission

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Inbound Tour Sales professional to join our Hanoi team. The ideal candidate is a native Vietnamese speaker with fluent English, eager to engage international travelers and showcase the beauty of Southeast Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and close inbound travel sales leads from US/UK markets.
• Provide personalized itinerary proposals for destinations such as Vietnam, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, and Indonesia.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agents, and partners.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Required profile

• Vietnamese nationality only.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in inbound travel sales (senior level).
• Excellent spoken and written English (US/UK market).
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of at least one of the following destinations: Vietnam, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Indonesia.
• Strong selling, communication and negotiation abilities.
