Senior Instructor - Technical Training

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Instructor to deliver high‑quality technical training for our production teams at Bosch's Long Thanh plant. The role involves designing, delivering, and continuously improving training programs that ensure operational excellence and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver effective and flexible technical trainings, covering process skills, documentation, and supplementary topics such as product liability and quality standards.
• Monitor and maintain trainees’ qualification status and training records in the Direct Competence System accurately and promptly.
• Support departmental and stakeholder projects, including new product introductions and problem‑solving initiatives.
• Continuously improve training effectiveness, methodologies, and overall performance.
• Develop and regularly update training materials, lesson plans, and question banks.
• Train, assess, and qualify new instructors and buddies according to company standards.
• Analyze training requests and create training plans aligned with resources and operational needs.

Required profile

• College or Bachelor degree in a technical field.
• At least 2 years of experience in technical training or related processes.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong collaboration, reporting, communication, teamwork, and professionalism.
