Senior Mechanical Operations Engineer

About the role
The Senior Mechanical Operations Engineer will lead the CNC programming team, ensuring safe and efficient production while meeting quality, delivery and productivity goals.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily operations of the CNC programming team, ensuring safety, quality, delivery and productivity targets are met.
- Develop, verify and optimise CNC programs using CAM software based on engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Improve machining processes, tooling and production methods to increase efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Mold Design or a related field.
- Minimum five years of experience in precision machining or tooling manufacturing.
- At least three years of experience in team leadership or production management.
- Hands‑on experience with CNC, grinding, EDM, wire‑cut and toolmaking environments.
Required skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or BricsCAD.
- Basic knowledge of Creo 3D.
- Strong technical inspection and mechanical equipment handling abilities.
