Senior Process Engineer (Tool shop & Fine Blanking)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Process Engineer to lead and sustain manufacturing processes in our tool shop and fine blanking operations. You will ensure safety, quality, and efficiency while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and sustain processes, including safety activities, hazard identification, safety audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Resolve daily process issues using systematic methods such as 8D.
• Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and optimise processes.
• Demonstrate short‑term and long‑term process capability (Cmk, Cpk) through capability analysis.
• Develop and implement FMEA, control plans, and production standards; train operators on procedures and equipment.
• Define, prescribe, and enforce process parameters in data sheets.
• Control consumable costs, monitor inventory, and prevent stockouts.
• Lead process optimisation initiatives using Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, A3, and data analysis to remove bottlenecks.
• Drive continuous‑improvement projects, lead cross‑functional teams, and measure results.
• Release new machines, products, and material suppliers as process lead.
• Collaborate with the Bosch Production System (BPS) coordinator to improve BPS maturity.
• Provide technical expertise to production teams and interface with internal and supplier stakeholders.
