Senior Product Engineer – Attractive Package & Shuttle Bus

About the role

CSW Industrials, a US‑listed HVAC solutions leader, is expanding its manufacturing hub in Nhơn Trạch Industrial Zone, Dong Nai. We are looking for a Senior Product Engineer to join the local team and work closely with our US engineering groups. The role focuses on mechanical product development, sheet‑metal processing, and new‑product introduction for a global market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from concept to production launch.
• Maintain and update the product database and ensure seamless ERP integration.
• Drive value‑engineering (VE) initiatives and process‑control improvements.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to optimise manufacturing efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with international quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate daily with US teams, providing clear technical communication in both English and Vietnamese.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, sheet‑metal processing, or related fields.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
• Strong background in mechanical and material science; metal‑plating experience is a plus.
• Proactive, collaborative attitude with the ability to work across cultures.
