Senior ServiceNow Developer

About the role

GEM Corp is hiring a Senior ServiceNow Developer based in Ho Chi Minh City. The role covers designing, developing and maintaining custom ServiceNow applications, integrating them with other systems, and supporting end users.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement custom ServiceNow applications, including workflows, forms, scripts and integrations
• Customize and configure ServiceNow instances, including roles, access controls, data sources and system properties
• Build and maintain integrations with databases, web services and third-party applications
• Write and maintain scripts in ServiceNow scripting languages to automate processes
• Test solutions (unit, integration, user acceptance) and coordinate deployments
• Document applications, configurations and processes
• Troubleshoot issues, bugs and performance bottlenecks and support end users
• Stay up to date with ServiceNow best practices and contribute to continuous improvement

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development, including the core platform and one or more advanced modules (e.g. ITSM, ITOM, ITAM)
• ServiceNow CSA, CAD, CIS-DF, CIS-ITSM certifications required; at least one other ServiceNow CIS required
• Experience with integrations via REST, SOAP, MID Servers, IntegrationHub and third-party systems; ServiceNow SailPoint ISC is a plus
• Proven ability to design, develop and optimize complex workflows and configurations
• Able to lead design discussions, translate requirements into technical specifications and mentor junior developers
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, experience writing technical documents, and strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required skills

• Expert-level JavaScript, Glide Record, Glide Form, AngularJS, HTML and CSS
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes implemented in ServiceNow
