Senior Solution Architect - Enterprise Platform Architecture

About the role

ACB is looking for a highly experienced Senior Solution Architect to define, guide and govern enterprise platform architecture for large-scale digital transformation initiatives. The role sets architecture direction, defines strategic technology capabilities and ensures alignment between business objectives, enterprise architecture principles and long-term technology evolution.

Key responsibilities

• Define and govern enterprise platform architecture principles, standards and reference models, develop technology roadmaps and establish reusable architecture patterns.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, support technology modernization and balance innovation, scalability, performance, security and operational requirements.
• Ensure solution architectures align with enterprise strategy, review proposals for duplication or risk, and guide delivery teams.
• Assess operational feasibility, reliability, scalability, supportability, observability and resilience of platforms.
• Lead architecture governance, mentor architects and act as a trusted advisor to senior technology and business leaders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in enterprise technology architecture, including at least 5 years in enterprise, platform or strategic solution architecture roles.
• Proven experience designing and governing enterprise-scale technology ecosystems and supporting large multi-domain transformation initiatives.
• Preferred: experience in banking, finance, insurance, telecom or other large enterprises; knowledge of TOGAF, Zachman or ArchiMate; experience leading architecture governance and hybrid platform design.
