Senior UX Designer

About the role
We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to create clear, usable, and human‑centered digital experiences for web and mobile platforms. The role involves turning customer needs, business goals and product requirements into intuitive user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and UI specifications.
Key responsibilities
- Design end‑to‑end user experiences for web and mobile applications.
- Translate business and data insights into user journeys, flows, wireframes and interactive prototypes.
- Develop UI specifications and recommend practical UX improvements.
- Collaborate with product, engineering and research teams to ensure design consistency.
Required profile
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX, product or UI design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects, preferably in fintech, banking, securities, investment, insurance or complex digital services.
- Detail‑oriented, structured approach with a solid understanding of human‑centered design, usability and information architecture.
