Social Content Leader

About the role

The Social Content Leader will shape and drive OPPO Vietnam’s social communication strategy, expanding the brand’s presence across key platforms with a primary focus on TikTok. Reporting to senior marketing leadership, the role combines strategic planning, data‑driven decision‑making and hands‑on execution of large‑scale integrated campaigns that connect smartphone product narratives with social culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the social media strategy for OPPO’s smartphone portfolio, targeting growth on TikTok and other major channels.
• Design, launch and optimise large‑scale integrated campaigns from concept through execution.
• Collaborate with KOLs, creators, agencies and production teams to produce engaging content.
• Analyse platform insights and performance data to refine content tactics and maximise brand engagement.
• Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.

Required profile

• 6–8 years of experience in social media, content, digital marketing or integrated campaign roles, with leadership experience preferred.
• Proven track record of leading large‑scale social campaigns and digital product launches.
• Background in smartphone, consumer electronics or mobile technology industries.
• Experience working with KOLs, creators, agencies and production partners.
