Software Testing Intern

About the role

Join Bosch HcP as a Software Testing Intern and support the quality assurance of internal factory applications such as web portals, MES, QMS, and reporting systems. You will work closely with the development team to ensure software meets functional and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyse system specifications to identify potential quality issues.
• Collaborate with developers to create effective test plans and test cases.
• Define, execute, and maintain manual or automated test cases and analyse the results.
• Document testing outcomes, report defects and provide quality documentation.
• Perform functional testing including login validation, data entry, report generation and workflow verification.
• Complete additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• 3rd or 4th year student majoring in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• Good English communication and writing skills.
• Proactive, careful, logical and detail‑oriented mindset.
• Eagerness to learn; training will be provided for all tasks.

Required skills

• Experience with issue‑tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Redmine) – a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
