About the role

Crossian is a fast‑growing, technology‑driven e‑commerce company founded in 2020. The company is expanding its direct‑to‑consumer (DTC) apparel business and needs a skilled Sourcing Specialist to lead garment supplier acquisition and management.

Key responsibilities

Identify, evaluate and onboard garment manufacturers, focusing on intimate apparel.
Expand and maintain a network of direct factories in relevant product categories.
Negotiate contracts and terms to achieve cost‑effective sourcing.
Coordinate production schedules and ensure timely delivery.
Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Textile, Garment, Supply Chain or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of sourcing experience in the garment industry, preferably intimate apparel.
Proven track record of expanding supplier networks and improving partner performance.
Strong negotiation and partner‑management abilities.
