About the role

The Studio Manager will lead the growth and operational excellence of our studio, overseeing member acquisition, retention and overall business performance. Reporting directly to the Founder, this role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution in a fast‑moving hospitality and wellness environment.

Key responsibilities

Drive sustainable business growth and profitability through strategic initiatives.
Develop and implement programs to increase member acquisition and retention.
Collaborate with the Founder on long‑term strategic planning and commercial strategy.
Lead cross‑functional teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Monitor performance metrics and adjust tactics to meet targets.

Required profile

Experience in hospitality, fitness, wellness, retail or service industries.
Proven ability to lead and develop cross‑functional teams.
Commercial mindset with a strong understanding of business growth.
Highly organized with the capacity to balance multiple priorities.
