Trade & Shopper Marketing Manager – MT Channel

About the role

The Trade & Shopper Marketing Manager (MT Channel) at Vinamilk will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for the company’s MT channel portfolio. Working closely with National Accounts and Marketing teams, the role focuses on creating impactful programs, managing budgets, and measuring return on investment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement trade and shopper marketing strategies for the MT channel.
• Collaborate with National Accounts and Marketing teams to design and launch promotional programs.
• Manage marketing budgets, track spend, and analyse ROI.
• Create point‑of‑sale materials and digital campaign assets.
• Present proposals and performance results to retail buyers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to refine tactics.

Required profile

• Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
• 8–10 years of experience in trade marketing, preferably in FMCG or omni‑channel environments, including 2–4 years at a senior level.
• Creative, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and time‑management skills.
