About the role

The Head of Ready‑made Food Counter will lead the daily operations of the prepared‑food section, ensuring product availability, quality, and an attractive presentation for customers. This role combines merchandise management, team supervision, and operational reporting within a busy supermarket environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise Group Leaders and staff to guarantee that merchandise is fully replenished, in good condition, and meets quality standards.
• Ensure all display setups follow the schematic plan and that price tags match the displayed items.
• Update price labels before store opening and manage any necessary label changes.
• Monitor stock levels, place orders, and coordinate deliveries to maintain optimal inventory.
• Prepare and deliver regular operational reports to senior management.

Required profile

• University or college degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or supermarket operations.
• At least 1 year of experience managing a team of 5 or more staff members.
• Strong analytical abilities and comfort working with data and figures.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English, both written and spoken.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a focus on customer service.
