Vice Principal International Program

About the role

The Vice Principal International Program will provide strategic academic leadership for the school's International Program, overseeing curriculum delivery and student outcomes across multiple grade levels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the implementation of the International Program across assigned grade levels.
• Develop annual academic plans, semester plans, teaching plans and curriculum implementation schedules.
• Ensure the quality of teaching, learning, assessment and student outcomes.
• Monitor curriculum delivery, lesson planning, assessment practices and academic progress.
• Lead curriculum review, academic improvement initiatives and program development.
• Ensure alignment with institutional goals and international education standards.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or higher in Education, Educational Leadership, Curriculum and Instruction, International Education or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational leadership within a K‑12 school system or senior leadership managing an English Language Center with at least 300 students.
• Proven track record of driving academic improvement and managing large‑scale educational programs.
