Visualization Lead Designer

About the role

VinFast is a pioneering electric‑vehicle company focused on sustainable and innovative mobility solutions. As a Visualization Lead Designer, you will head the creation of high‑quality visual content that showcases VinFast’s cutting‑edge electric vehicles and supports immersive design reviews.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of 3D visualizations and CGI assets for vehicle designs.
• Produce real‑time visualizations using Autodesk VRED, Unreal Engine, and Blender.
• Integrate VR/AR technologies to enable immersive design review sessions.
• Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure visual fidelity and brand consistency.
• Drive continuous improvement of visualization pipelines and workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Transportation Design, Industrial Design, Digital Media, Computer Graphics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in automotive visualization or CGI.
• Expertise with Autodesk VRED, Unreal Engine, Blender, or equivalent tools.
• Hands‑on experience with VR/AR technologies for immersive reviews.
• Proficiency with AI‑based visualization tools such as Vizcom, Udin Optic, and Midjourney.
