About the role
The Administration Executive will support the sales team and provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Board of Directors (BOD) at Panasonic Sales Vietnam. This is a 9‑month fixed‑term contract based in Ha Noi.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and manage weekly and monthly sales results, track sales progress against targets, and calculate sales incentives.
- Maintain company stamps and authority documents.
- Organise company and BOD meetings, including scheduling and logistical arrangements.
- Provide BOD administration support such as arranging business trips (air tickets, accommodation, transport) and processing related expense settlements.
- Perform other general administrative tasks as required.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least one year of experience in an administrative or assistant role.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- Fluent in English; Japanese language skills are a plus.
