Customer Support (night shift, English)

About the role

We are looking for an English‑speaking Customer Support professional to join our night‑shift team at our Helios Building location in Ho Chi Minh City. This on‑site position works five days a week during night hours, providing day‑to‑day production support for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming client inquiries and technical issues during night shift (10 PM‑7 AM or 8 PM‑5 AM).
• Provide timely resolution or escalation of production‑related problems.
• Collaborate with internal business units, suppliers, and trading partners to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑up actions.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Customer Service, Technical Support, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to understand basic accounting practices and customer business flows.
• Comfortable working night hours and a five‑day workweek.
