About the role
PPG Vietnam is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated HR & Administration Intern to support the HR team with daily administrative tasks and event coordination. This role offers hands‑on experience in a dynamic corporate environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in organizing company events, trips, and special celebrations.
- Support HR administrative processes, including posting job advertisements, onboarding new hires, and handling termination paperwork.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
- Help coordinate recruitment activities and maintain communication with candidates.
Required profile
- Final‑year university student or recent graduate in Human Resources Management.
- Basic understanding of Vietnamese labor laws.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Experience in event organization or designing celebration cards is a plus.
