HR Officer – Nhân Viên Phòng Nhân Sự

About the role

The company is looking for an HR Officer to manage recruitment, onboarding and corporate social responsibility activities. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth hiring processes and promote CSR initiatives within the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding and candidate follow‑up.
• Maintain recruitment records and produce weekly/monthly recruitment reports.
• Implement and maintain internal CSR activities, update CSR policies and targets.
• Organise CSR training and awareness sessions for employees.
• Coordinate CSR audits and ensure compliance with social responsibility standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar HR role.
• Experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Vietnam labour laws and HR best practices.
• Understanding of CSR requirements and social compliance.
