Kĩ sư kinh doanh dự án HVAC - Sales Engineer

About the role

The company is looking for a motivated Sales Engineer to drive HVAC project sales across a range of air‑conditioning solutions, including RAC, M‑RAC, Mr. Slim, VRF, hot‑water heat pumps, chillers and IT cooling systems. You will act as the technical bridge between our product portfolio and prospective clients, helping them select the right solutions for their projects.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce and promote air‑conditioning products to target customers such as contractors, developers and consultants.
• Identify, approach and qualify new business opportunities.
• Achieve personal sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
• Maintain accurate project data, submit regular reports and forecast future opportunities.
• Monitor ongoing projects to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upsell possibilities.

Required profile

• University degree in Thermal Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics (male candidates). Female candidates with strong project‑sales experience are also considered.
• 1‑2 years of proven sales experience in HVAC systems.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Proficiency with personal computers and MS Office applications.
