Sales Engineer (Heavy Industry)

About the role

The Sales Engineer will focus on heavy‑industry sectors such as mining, crane, port, thermal, cement and steel. You will act as the technical bridge between Helukabel’s industrial cable products and manufacturers or contractors, driving sales through on‑site visits and presentations.

Key responsibilities

• Engage directly with manufacturer customers in heavy‑duty industries and regularly visit sites in industrial parks.
• Collaborate with contractors to close projects and secure orders.
• Conduct market research to uncover sales opportunities and assess customer requirements.
• Actively pursue new sales leads and expand the customer base.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of industrial cable products, accessories and the sales process.
• Ability to work under high pressure to meet sales targets.
• Self‑motivated, fast learner with good English communication skills.
• Capable of delivering compelling presentations and working both independently and in a team.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM software.
• Technical background, preferably a graduate in a related field.
