Senior IT Product Marketing Specialist – AI Workflow Platforms

About the role

Join Bosch Vietnam’s Global Product & Service organization to drive adoption of a cutting‑edge AI‑powered workflow platform used by hundreds of thousands of users worldwide. You will combine product storytelling, adoption strategy, and stakeholder engagement to build platform awareness, trust and long‑term user engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Own product messaging, positioning and internal branding for global workflow platforms, translating complex AI and automation concepts into clear business value.
• Develop executive presentations, newsletters, launch materials, demos and enablement content for executives, IT teams, process owners, citizen developers and end users.
• Drive adoption programs, onboarding, training, UAT enablement and migration initiatives across global stakeholders.
• Engage with leadership and internal customers to run webinars, workshops, product showcases and transformation initiatives, building user communities and champion networks.
• Define and monitor adoption, engagement and satisfaction KPIs, using data insights to continuously improve communication and campaign effectiveness.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in product marketing, platform adoption, enterprise communication or change enablement.
• Strong storytelling, presentation and executive communication skills.
• Proven track record of driving adoption programs or enterprise platform roll‑outs.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, actionable messaging.
• Excellent stakeholder management in global environments and fluent English communication.
