Senior Operations Analyst – Sales & Customer Operations

About the role

The Senior Operations Analyst will support and optimise the operating model for both the Sales and Customer Care teams at Geniebook Vietnam. You will focus on streamlining processes, enhancing CRM and reporting tools, and ensuring high‑quality service throughout the entire customer lifecycle, from lead conversion to post‑sales support and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and improve sales and customer‑care workflows to increase efficiency.
• Maintain and enhance CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights.
• Develop and deliver regular performance reports for sales and customer‑care metrics.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align operational processes with business goals.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions that drive operational excellence.

Required profile

• 4–6+ years of experience in Sales Ops, Customer Success Ops, Revenue Ops, or Service Operations.
• Proven ability to work with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Strong analytical mindset with solid reporting capabilities.
• Excellent English communication skills.
