Sulwhasoo Brand Training Specialist

About the role

The Sulwhasoo Brand Training Specialist will drive customer experience and retail excellence for the brand in Vietnam. Acting as a facilitator, coach, and advocate, you will partner closely with retail teams to strengthen selling capabilities and enhance service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver capability‑building programs for retail staff.
• Provide on‑site field coaching and support to improve selling performance.
• Gather and analyse customer insights to shape training initiatives.
• Lead workshops and facilitation sessions that reinforce brand standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement of the retail experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, Hospitality or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in training, retail excellence, customer experience or luxury retail.
• Strong facilitation, coaching and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Passion for customer experience and people development.
• Ability to analyse insights and drive improvement initiatives.
