Coordination Staff

About the role

The Coordination Staff will support KDDI's global services by handling order processing, liaising with telecom partners, and ensuring smooth network maintenance operations. This position works closely with sales, technical, and customer teams to deliver reliable services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage orders for KDDI global services such as Internet lines.
• Coordinate order processing with telecom partners in English.
• Report order status to the sales team in Japanese.
• Oversee global network maintenance activities with telecom partners.
• Receive, verify, and communicate maintenance notifications.
• Obtain customer approval for maintenance work and track execution.

Required profile

• Any educational background.
• Fluent in both English and Japanese (minimum N3 level).
• Positive attitude, cooperative spirit, and eagerness to learn.
